Under Your Spell.

This mixed drink comes from Atalay Aktas from the Schwarze Traube in Berlin. We tasted it there a few years ago, and now it’s time to share the recipe with you.

45 ml Cubaney 25 Rum (original: Zacapa 23)
15 ml Cartron Crème de Mûre
1 dash Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters
(orange zest)

Preparation: Stirred, sprinkle with orange zest and garnish.
