70 ml Doorly’s XO Barbados rum
25 ml Campari
1 Dash Fee Brothers peach bitters
Preparation: Stirred and served in a tumbler with a large piece of ice.
Yesterday, 19 September 2015, we had the pleasure of being guided through the evening by Mario Kappes at Le Lion in Hamburg. Our topic was drinks with Campari. We also had the honour of tasting an excellent pear brandy. To continue the pear theme, he created the Biba, the “Bitter Barbados” for us that evening.
